NFRS and IFRIC-12 conversion for a 12 MW hydropower developer

Converted a run-of-river developer from Tally to NFRS, including service-concession accounting under IFRIC-12.

The company had been reporting on a cash basis since construction began. We rebuilt three years of comparatives, applied IFRIC-12 to the PPA, and delivered an audit-ready set of statements together with the accounting policy manual the auditors had asked for.
